Founded in 1985 by Rick Rosan, Oak Tree Management has converted more than 10 buildings in Brooklyn, New York to condominium or cooperative. In 2004, Jere Lucey joined Oak Tree, acquiring properties in Brooklyn and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since 2013, Oak Tree has sold, or is currently under contract to sell over 40 apartment units at a total value in excess of $23 million.
The quality of workmanship in renovations designed and executed by Oak Tree has caused apartments in Oak Tree’s projects to sell at some of the highest prices achieved in the market. Oak Tree has managed the properties post conversion, continuing Oak Tree’s relationship with buyers. In addition, due to the care Oak Tree takes in managing condominium or cooperative buildings, resales in its managed properties also lead the market.
Oak Tree focuses on neighborhoods where people can conveniently live, work and play. In Brooklyn, those neighborhoods include Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Heights and Kensington. The Fort Lauderdale area has a similar live, work and play dynamism.
