Harbour Pointe

The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, six blocks north of Commercial Boulevard, a heavily traveled commercial corridor through Broward County, and approximately one mile west of Federal Highway (US-1), a major commercial, office and retail thoroughfare. The property sits at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by water on three sides, giving every unit spectacular water views. Both properties were constructed in 1964 of concrete block with a painted stucco exterior and contain a mixture of one and two bed units. The properties are located in the Harbour Inlet neighborhood, which is a very small, entrance-only gated residential neighborhood on the southern tip of the Barrier Island along the north side of the Port Everglades Inlet.
